Unfortunately the way it stands now is both the US guys and Wellington have us by the short and curly's. VER has nothing but basically a shell at present.

It is no doubt we aimed a foot too low on the financing and sold our soul to the devil himself............but they had no choice in the matter and had to sell out the shareholders or collapse once and for all selling out the shareholders anyway.

Their planning is what concerns me the most.  I have not seen a company before that couldn't meet a deadline as often as this one. Then put out an extension and miss it again..then another one and we start all over again....sheesh. Maybe they are gong out of their way to make us non believers in VER management. It could be a subliminal message.
