good advice if this deal falls apart or is done to the detriment of shareholders. in the meantime, i'll hold as i can afford to write it off. this is the Venture exchange and anything can happen. that said, if i get screwed, i'll prolly haunt them forever LOL. but of course only delivering information in a legal, widespread and effective manner.

you only live once. make the bad pay and pay the good.
