what can we expect!"based on the feedback received to date, VER & VOG are working to amend the JV to address concerns expressed in the market in the course of securing the necessary capital" What does this mean? Seems to me VER had the best opportunity to raise money with a 50/50 JV on 100,000 plus acres and a SP in the 20's. If they amend the JV, it's not likely to be amended in VER's favor and now the SP is about to hit single digits..how does that help secure necessary capital?
