Ver updateVer deal still going ahead,they will not raise 32 mil all in one shot deal as the dilution would kill them anyweays so they will raise enough cash to drill a few wells then go back to the market later on and do another financing.
Watch the stock pop soon as 2 financing deals are close to being done
