Timing...

Timing...I don't get your estimates on timing.  Has anyone here tried to close deals and financing over the Holidays?  They have to ink the final JV agreement, don't they?  Aren't they just in letter agreement stage?  There will have to be an announcement on that.  Then they will have an announcement on financing.  That could perhaps be concurrent with JV signing.  If they didn't have it finalized by December 22, then this week or next will be the days available for them to work on it and finalize.  Announcing the day after a Holiday would suggest that both parties worked it during the Holidays, and I have never met an Ibanker or PE guy that does that.  Have you?
This group will announce when they sign.  From reading their prior releases, they seem to do it a day after or so, with enough lag time to draft and get legal and get 3rd party permissions.
