First of all, that looks more like a question than a point since points don't end in question marks.

Anyway don't mean to nitpick.

Everyone here knows that this company was gone 6 months ago. I think what most here are trying to say is that yes management was very lucky but did they do a good job? NO, they did a so so job. Their inexperience & desperation showed their hand. THEY COULD HAVE DONE A MUCH BETTER JOB. Just look at their peers. All they had to do was average but it now looks like the job is less than par. We will know soon enough.
