Vertical Exploration Inc. is a junior mining company with exploration and evaluation assets in Canada. The Company is engaged in identifying, acquiring, and advancing mining prospects located in North America for the benefit of its stakeholders. The Company’s flagship asset, the St-Onge Wollastonite property, is located 40 kilometers north of the small town of St-Ludger-de-Milot and some 90km northwest of the city of Saguenay, in St-Onge township, in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region of Quebec Province. The two Quebec properties held by the Company are in the region surrounding the Company’s St-Onge project are the La Petite Riviere Peribonka and Menard Wollastonite claims located just north of Lac-Saint-Jean, consisting of a total of 35 mining titles; and the Le Grand Etang Block claims, consisting of 11 mining titles. The Company has an option agreement to earn a 100% interest in over four strategic wollastonite properties, including two located near the St-Onge Wollastonite project.

A grab sample from the second parallel conductor, located roughly 400 metres north of the larger conductor, returned 21.70 per cent organic C from schistose paragneiss containing large flakes of graphite. About 250 metres northwest of this conductor, a grab sample from a third shorter conductor coinciding with a two-metre-wide outcrop returned a value of 8.67 per cent C.
