Sold 3/4 of shares
Well, I sold 3/4 of my shares based on these allegations, whether true or not. If it turns out they were false and the stock soon appreciates greatly, I'll be even more pissed than I have been up until now.
I still blame the CEO for flat-out lying that they had a line of credit. In the U.S., a number of law firms would immediatley sue the company, but I guess that doesn't happen in Canada. Maybe VFX doesn't have insurance against such lawsuits, and the lawyers figure there is no point.
Those lawsuits wouldn't help me, anyway, as the losing shareholders only get back about 1% of their money, years later.
