Yes it's good to get rid of expenses but all the cash went with it.  VGN is now a holding company with a declining well asset and a cleanup risk. It's like countless other oil companies out there with a bit of cash, and the expenses have been pretty high.  Expenses should be low-to-middle 5 digits at most next quarter - if not, there's something really wrong.
