Greencastle Resources agreement for Mayflower property

2021-01-06 19:37 ET - Property Agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a letter option agreement dated Nov. 30, 2020, between Todd Thurier, David Kroocmo and Greencastle Resources Ltd. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall have the option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Mayflower property, located 35 kilometres west of Atikokan in Northwestern Ontario.
