WTH??? What does a Chinese Mining company have to do with Global Livestock Feed??  Can someone give me the link here, what am I missing?

this is how it was ended with Shaanxi Jintai Mining Co., Ltd  'Avivagen has entered into a two year consulting agreement with Avivagen’s former partner in the JV to support Avivagen’s continued efforts in China. Such consulting agreement provides for payment of up to CDN$50,000 per year for services rendered and Avivagen has the option of satisfying the fee by issuing common shares

also to note is this can't be too far off for China and COFCO will grow this extremely fast.

I was gonna buy but this is a MAJOR RED FLAG for me, I know you say it was old management and an old JV partnership but really??? There's no way I'm investing in an Animal Feed company that once did a JV with a Chinese Mining Company ..... Good Luck, I'm out (Shark Tank Style)!!!
