The Global Scale up- part 2 or the real scale up

Chairman of the co, becomes interim CEO.

Can't find anyone more competent than him, of course.

Becomes Full time CEO( really more of a life style thing)

scales up the CEO's salary from 250,000$ a year to 360,000$.

That is the real Scale up.
