VLI daily, and weekly chart, including all oscillators (RSI, TSI, MACD, R%, are very bullish. There is weak resistance at .21c and .strong one 39c. The up volume on Friday and Monday are super bullish.

85000 shares traded at the last minute of trading day @ 15:59 .17C with 3.7 million shares and on Friday 7.4 million shares.
