RE:RE:RE:RE:VM cannot and will not surpass .10

RE:RE:RE:RE:VM cannot and will not surpass .10I took a piece of the VM seed round that was offered to me in 2017 and have participated in most of the subsequent financings including my largest purchass this past December 2022 re: 7 cent units. I'm  Not a constant poster here ... too many dummies with no real insight playing arm chair analysts, again with zero insight into the company and or its fundamentals.

In fairness to the mentioned idiots... this deal has taken more time than expected.  But its more complicated too.  Barite is not Gold, althoufh at the highest grade its as valuable, if not more.

Another issue is... there's no real information about the highest grade barium sulfate out there. the only info out there is about "oilfeild" barite which is used by the mud man on a drilling rig; its mixed in with the other chemicals and thrown down hole, the barite, due to its very (natural) high density, off sets the pressure coming on the drill and allows the drill to go deeper . It also doesnt mess up the logging tools, like alternatives.

You can read all about oil field barite including its pricing /tonne in Blackfalds, AB ( $300 /tonne).

But Voyageur is NOT about cheap oulfield barite.  Voyageur owns one of the last remaining high grade barite projects on planet earth, insitu, period!  Outside of China.

That's why today the highest grade product ( for Pharna) is produced in a lab and nit mined from  the  earth.

With China now limiting exports of 98% purity Ba to 5% or less, yes its scarce.  But more importantly, you ( the street) know little about highgrade Ba because its dominated by one (private) company in North America called Braco Pharmaceuticals, an italian owned  company that has an absolute monopoly on the high grade barite  ( and Iodine maarkets here. (Note Ba and Iodine are typical sold as a package).

Braco is a multi - Billion dollar company - not in the habit of releasing info about their financials. So its not the easiest product to due due diligence  on ...

Braco probably controls north of 70% of the EU Ba market too.

So Voyageur is in a tough spot ... who does  the investnent bank bring in to the meeting with rhe VM CEO?  Their mining or their pharma analyst?

Then how do they drill down and  thoroughly research it ?   This is changing now thankfully and I am now confident they will get full project  financing to build the GMP production plant.   So its ... not a simpke  conventional deal but the economics are staggering.

So be patient and if you truely are interested talk  to the company... they're not professional phone guy stock promoters they're engineers... but if your sincere and have questions reach out ... they'll respond with honesty, as opposed to idiots like the "Sargent". lol. and this fool who's feed I am replying to now (herein).
