I think VM allowed for contrast as a drug

I think VM allowed for contrast as a drug

Based on this news release from February, I would be fairly sure for myself that VM raised the money in anticipation of the ruling allowing for the costs. As for myself I cannot see them thinking this way and then low balling the amount needed (might be wrong but that is my thinking). I agree with Big Dogg that there was pull and I would not be surprised if more road blocks weren't attempted. After all imo VM is going to be very disruptive to the others plus VM has what might be the next generation of contrast should things prove out.  Based on the first test plus how quiet VM has gotten , I am thinking that these tests have  to be very close to being or are  done. DYDD and  make up your own mind!  By the way all opinions welcome.

"The Company continues to advance the application for the United States Federal Drug Agency ("FDA") approvals to market barium contrast products in the USA. In accordance with a February 8, 2023 letter that Voyageur received from the FDA, barium sulfate products will continue to be regulated as drugs in the US market. As previously stated, Voyageur, in anticipation of this recent decision by the FDA, has established all its product protocols, procedures, and testing standards in accordance with FDA regulations and guidelines that apply to drugs.

Based on these actions Voyageur continues to advance the development and testing of four additional imaging products and is moving forward positively as it relates to its first product application for approval from the FDA in a timely manner."
