How do you know who each trading house is, and are you monitoring this on TMX money?
I have only recently began following this stock. Probably about 6 months ago when a guest on BNN market call had recommended this stock so it's news to me that there was accumulation prior to April 2018. That's a good sign, and I'm glad to hear that there hasn't been much insider selling at all. Really shows that management is putting their money where their mouths are.
It also seems like a big positive that the company is "Buy America First" compliant and have either won a few contracts in Q3 for either the sale of buses, or the right to sell buses into the certain states. Hopefully this all translates into some positive earnings for the company, which will naturally bring share prices back up! I'm pretty surprised at how badly this stock has performed lately. I have taken the opportunity to add some shares. Hopefully it pays off
