At the end of the day it's a solid company trading nicely, forming a new base as they prepare to jump into a new year wiht guns blazing.
.... and grumbling about sales volume doesn't make sense either. With Covid distracting govenrment agencies, public lock downs, american cities on fire for a variety of reasons, - it seems they're doing just fine.
Target from here in all seriousness is $4.50 in the new year moving to the $10+ when we've got some new orders & listing on US exchange...
