Bahaha...he's basing his recommendation on the run up in the stock price and plenty of enthusiasm in the future of electric vehicles. Nothing about fundamentals, orders, previous periods between orders. No mention of competitors, such as BYD, which has supplied 400 of the 650 e-buses in use in the U.S. (as of Jan. 2020).
