This year we experienced two of the defining events sought in the life of a Venture Exchange Company like Ventripoint. The effective synergy between these events was nullified by Executive Decision. I cannot fathom the reasoning behind the predetermined order chosen for all the events as they unfolded this year. I will spare the board my rant, but will say that for a man who professed he was bought onboard to secure financing; George Adams has not impressed me.
