VentriPoint Diagnostics Ltd V.VPT

Alternate Symbol(s):  VPTDF

Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. It is developing a suite of applications for all heart diseases and imaging modalities, including congenital heart disease, pregnancy, pulmonary hypertension, COVID-19, imaging, and cardiotoxicity in oncology patients. The Company’s Ventripoint Medical System (VMS+) is a diagnostic aid that was developed to provide a point-of-care solution to better communicate the heart’s structure and function without the need for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

RE:RE:IR Services

RE:RE:IR ServicesHave to agree with you cladesclades. I have long failed to understand why companies blow their money on IR firms that fail in their mandate. In case after case they take their 10 grand  a month(or whatever) and do a little lip service and move on to the next "victim". I wonder if George's 3 year company funding included this needless expense. Perhaps if our share price moves dramatically north or we get bought out, and management points to this IR firm as being directly responsible then I will change my view. I can almost guarantee that will never happen. Again, jmo.
