Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. It is developing a suite of applications for all heart diseases and imaging modalities, including congenital heart disease, pregnancy, pulmonary hypertension, COVID-19, imaging, and cardiotoxicity in oncology patients. The Company’s Ventripoint Medical System (VMS+) is a diagnostic aid that was developed to provide a point-of-care solution to better communicate the heart’s structure and function without the need for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

40-50 users this year without GE, he keeps mentioning without GE which leads me to believe they should launch soon. He also said that they are in weekly talks with GE and the relationship is great, just waiting to finalize the other apps that will be on the Edison platform
