VentriPoint Diagnostics Ltd V.VPT

Alternate Symbol(s):  VPTDF

Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. It is developing a suite of applications for all heart diseases and imaging modalities, including congenital heart disease, pregnancy, pulmonary hypertension, COVID-19, imaging, and cardiotoxicity in oncology patients. The Company’s Ventripoint Medical System (VMS+) is a diagnostic aid that was developed to provide a point-of-care solution to better communicate the heart’s structure and function without the need for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Tough slogging here these days it looks like.
Plunging down near all time lows (with dilution of 100% we are at 7 cents)
Despite over 30 distributors, attending multiple conferences, and certainly big PR efforts, the sales just haven’t happened.

GE, China, Brazil -fall into the bucket, where there is no follow up, and no evidence of any traction for sales

Certainly lots of reasons/is excuses- COVID etc
At the end of the day, other companies have continued to do well, and this is not a new company. It’s been around for over a decade in the cumulative sales minuscule, and based on the last quarterlies declining to neglible

Switching out the  CEO for a realist who doesn't promote adds credibility IMO -yet the traders must miss the pump

Anyone have some facts that can be verified to support this case any longer
