Conference call
I just listened to the call replay. Seemed like some good questions by investors but not very many answers. I'm not knowledgeable enough about this industry to comment on his responses and strategies. Happy to hear these are reducing attending conferences. I didn't really gain any confidence from what I heard. Sounds like they have always lacked a sales strategy. Makes you wonder whats been going on the last few years. Wondering what others felt. ( and I have the bully on ignore so I won't have to read his bs)

I was told they are not interviewing for a few. Please confirm with IR but I am under the impression Hugh has the helm for the near and medium fiture. I get the sense many of the things needed he can enact and lead.

From what I can see Ascend is a private company. Maybe at some point they will buy out VPT to become a publicly listed company.

Ascend seems relatively small (38 employees on LinkedIn) so I wouldn't expect them to have the capital or raise enough to get there. Just an opinion but if we want Ventripoint to get to a $250m - 500m market cap we will need a large player like Phillips or GE HC or a PE firm to come in. VMS is an attractive bolt on candidate as it's basically the IP play with a small workforce.
