I sincerely hope that this is Ventripoint's year to monetize. Getting bought out without sales of their product would be brutal.
As with other posters, I think this may be the yeat to start seeing top-line revenue being added to their inccome statement. Tough to make it over that threshold.

It will be a year to build sales and hopefully accelerate some of the distributors in Europe sale cycle times. I wouldn't expect too much to occur as the USA - Ascend is in its early days (no big bang launch) and 4.0 if submitted mid april like estimated will take a minimum of a month or two for approval. Let's see them do the raise and secure a 9-12+ months of capital runway.
