I would ask him to do so
or I would mount a dissident action.....
or I would vote against him at the AGM.....
or I would sell my shares and move on.
But I dont, and will vote my shares in favour of all Mng suggestions at the next AGM even if you could muster any support..... Because you et all havent got a clue about actually running an exporation co. I bet I have multiples of all your combined postions.... You cant even show you have a position as I have requested for months. Put in an ask at a buck!
