RE: Lots of tasks for the board to do... All good points Mountainman.... my biggest concern is going forward.
It is imperative that valuble time is not waisted as has been done over the past 2 years.
The remaining old board members have NOT been involved in raising funds.... That is why they should step down right now!
In order to drill Lac Dore and continue PC will need cash. I would bet that on the way out the door, PO took the amounts we have spoken about, the 16,500/ month or is it 19,500 / month termination benifit. That could have pillaged the remaining funds of the company, we just don't know as the news release lacks detail.
Christian is the only managment that is a shareholder. None of them have been active in raising money for PC, so how are they going to continue right now? How much cash is remaining? Who is going to lead the company going forward in that camp?
PO's last move, abieit heralded as a victory has likely thrown the company isto dissaray right now.... Has anyone phoned the company to see if there is even a presence there?
What are the white proxy managment up to right now? They have to propose a new white proxy as the old one includs PO on the slate of proposed directors, if that proxy is left as is, they would be proposing to re elect PO back into his position..... wouldn't it?
This is one heck of a mess right now....JMHO
As I said, this is the time for managment to act in the intrest of EXISTING shareholders and come up with a compromise that will allow PC to move forward. The remaining old guard was no guard at all and allowed PO to run amuck pillaging whatever funds he could stalling both projects for 2 years!
I have little to no intrest that they are committed to anything except being yes men to PO!
