I tried  calling as well..... no answer!

I left a  message   on Monday  for  Don Venturi to call me  back.... Said I was  one of the  major  shareholders  with   3 million  shares and  wanted  an  update as to  finances etc,  and  what  going  forward.

It  looks  like the  turtle is in the  shell..... I guess they  didn't  like  what was on the  menu!

I would think they  should  have  some  explaining to do to the  exchange and  maybe  IROC?.... Considering the  content  in the  Green proxy circular....JMHO
