I would bet that we are very close to

being  halted  by the  exchange. OTS was  halted  for  a fraction of  what is on the table  here...!

Seams  there  are a  lot of  issues  that need  tending too....JMHO

David Burgess has resigned as chief financial officer of Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. The company is actively searching for a replacement chief financial officer and will provide a further announcement once an individual has been located. Mr. Burgess will continue with the company as consultant, but will not act in the capacity of an officer.

The trading of the company's common shares will be halted as the company is required by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange to have a chief financial officer. The trading halt will remain in effect until the company appoints a replacement chief financial officer and otherwise complies with TSX Venture Exchange requirements.
