Current BOD all Black Sheep. The current independant BOD say they were not party to information.... But they were party to how much was going into the pocket of PO and the proportion comparible to funds recieved , costs and exploration expence.
To say they didn't know that was the case is to admit they were not doing their duty as independent directors acting in the best interest of shareholders.... JMHO
