Was also wondering if any or all of the BOD are willing to put some cash into PC at this time as a show of confidence in their own Managmnet and firm commitment to Shareholder interest and value.
The ONLY way they could verify that is to partisipate in an above market financing say .10 with No wt to verify they actually believe the BS they are spewing.
To me right now this looks like they are conspiring to cover up their past indiscressions.... The records will likely show this, speaking of which, are the records in tact... or have they missplaced them as well?

I did not get a cert for my investment....Considering what has come to light, I am wondering if this might be secerities fraud, I just don't know? Does anyone know about these such things? I wonder if this was done in the past?
