Sued??? How about criminal acts? If even a couple of the questions I presented have the wrong answers, the current BOD should be charged with conspiring to commit fraud, in my opinion.
How could they possibly suggest that any of the recent actions are in the best interest of the Existing shareholders.
Collectively they have set a chain of events into motion with the intent of profiting from it themselves..... and they are not even shareholders... Think about it.
Cancelling the AGM when they realized they had no support!
PO quiting to provide the excuse to cancell the AGM.
Is the CFO doing his due dilligence of the financials?
The CFO is an employee, is he still working for the company?
Is PO still driving the Caddie?
Has the drilling been paid for?
Who was the drilling contractor?
What is the current financial situation?
Did PO recieve his termination benifit?
Have all the company records been kept intact?
Has any of the directors made any attept to salvage PRM?
Are all the claims in good standing?
on and on and on!
None of these actions or inactions have been addressed by the directors, and they say they are acting in the best interest of shareholders!
