RE: New BOD Office Space Suggestion

RE: New BOD Office Space Suggestion

You are a funny guy, Falaughfil. I hope one of these days we can all get together and be able to laugh about this mess we're in. Right now keeping a sense of humor is not easy so thanks for your last few posts.

As far as us taking the Directors to court that seem like a real possibility. Just wonder if any of them have enough assets to make it worth while. In any case it may be that any and all could be in real trouble and at least in Pat's case an orange jump suit maybe his next outfit. Strange thing about justice a person steals a ton of money and they go to jail... why are they  not made to pay  all the money back? In Pat's case maybe a Judge could make him return money to the company. If we took on a class action law suit what are the possibilities in getting anything out of it? I don't have a lot of money to pay a lawyer but maybe a lawyer would do it for a %.

As we go into week 3 of the old BOD refusing to listen to the shareholders it could get a lot harder for them to stay in. I wonder of they see that people want  to sue them? I sure would be getting nervous.
