the resignation of the  BOD?

If  someone  has  some  real dirt on any of these  guys  maybe  they  should  contact IROC  and   get them investigated.

Another  avenue   could be  if  someone  has  some  financial dirt especially  within a  TFSA  or  RRSP   they  could tip off  the  CRA.....  Believe  me from personal experience I would rather  go up against a  rabid  wolf   than another  round  with the  CRA.

If  you know  something.... dob  them in... They deserve it!

Much better to let  these  guys  get tangled up in  the  burocratic nightmare  the  Canadian  gov  can  provide.
