Christian is a director and the Geologist and is it was/ is his responcability to make sure that when awork program is undertaken , that there is sufficent funds to pay for the work undertaken.
This alone should require a review of his Geological certification as a 43 101 compliant geologist.
Very sad state of affairs when the regulators take such a trivial view of the situation PC is in at this time..... I would bet that the US regulators would have a few people in handcuffs by now!
