I told ya that this placement with Brian Adams taking down over 500k shares was strange.
I posted that taking stock for service can be done if wts are not attached and that the price has to be within the trading range for when those services are owed.
What has been done is a cercumvention of the rules to allow Brian Adams to get paid in front of everyone else, including the drilling crews, as pointed out by Kimberlie.
The fact that Brian Adams is the CFO and he should know better.
Seams this BOD have total disrespect for the shareholders as well as the rules of the exchange...... time for another abusive complaint to the BCSC.... They don't like me much... espoecially after i told them they couldn't find their butt with both hands....LOL
