RE:RE:RE:News Release - Hanky Panky Is It
About a  year ago I spoke to  PO  about   Adams  constantly dumping  shares....  At the  time  I asked  him  who the  heck he  was  as I did not  see  him   on the  list  of  directors.....  Thats  when I  found  out  he   was the  CFO  and an employee.

At that same time   PO  was  not  paying  him it  seams, as  he  is  owed  $21,000 or  about  15  months  pay @ $1,500 / month  as  per the  info  circular.

PO  said  he  was a  long  time  friend  and  was   CFO out of  personal  gratitude.....?  Because  at that  same  time  PO  wasn't  paying  him, so it  is  no  wonder he  sold  shares  every  month possibly  attempting to send a  message. PO   did a  pretty  good  job  pulling the  wool over  everyones   eye's  he  came in  contact  with.... The  directors,  Adraain,  Collett and  even the  regulators etc etc

What  he  should  have  done  as  CFO  as the  directors  also  should have  done  is  reign in  PO,  which  of  coarse they didn't.....
When all is  said and done,  I  hope that   PO  reaps  what  seeds  he  has  sown....  some  time  to  nurture them along in the  big  house  might  be  appropiate......JMHO

When I spoke to the  BCSC  they  gave  me  the  run arround.... AGAIN,  saying  that  in  these  times  of  financial stress  they  have to  give   companies   some  additional leaway  in   suviving.
She  didn't   think  that   Adams  circumvented the  rules  as  he  did not  take the  whole  placement.....  what a  joke.
