I dont think you are an investor.... and Karma is just sour grapes about his manipulative attempt to make the Proxy contest go away via delays and deception... That attempt failed and he now wants to punish everyone who voted and supported the Green proxy, in particulare any of us that funded the placement.
He is more interested in making everyone fail, including the new managment rather than have his investment increase in value, again and still has a total disregard for the interests of shareholders..... nothing has changed for him.... as CFO or as a large shareholder he still doesnt care if the majority of shareholders suffer as long as he is dominent.
