Question - re. displacing the present gold standar

Question - re. displacing the present gold standarAnyone able to provide a good answer to the following questions?
I have the questions in to the company but no answer yet.
Forgive if this board has already discussed this in detail.

What is the plan to displace the old "gold" standard from a fee schedule perspective for Doctors?
I guess I'm really asking about the financial incentive or payback to Doctors for this technology - how will spending $45K ($30K - 60K) allow them to make more money?  Isn't that really how to convince Doctors to purchase the equipment?

In the end (I'm assuming), the federal/provincial governments have to agree on the GP's payment schedule and if/how it would change from the present method - NO?  Is this type of discussion underway or is that something that still would be required to get Doctors interested?

Along the same lines, how will this new method of detecting cancer be controlled to ensure fraud doesn't become a huge problem?  How are Doctor's getting paid?  If a person requests scanning of multiple moles, does the Doctor get paid per mole?  Surely the government wouldn't allow these kind of payments to get that out-of-hand.

Answers to these questions are very important to me but I really don't know where the company stands.

Got anything?  Please let me know.  Thanks.
