RE: investors don't like uncertanity
RE: investors don't like uncertanity I still feel confident with the management. TB has kept the company's progression on course and in a timely fashion. That is adhereing to regulatory approvals etc. due to his background as a securities lawyer. This has kept us from making securities missteps and avoiding irregularities that can happen with startups.
However in my opinion it is now painfully obvious that TB as CEO needs to hire an aggressive and intuitive marketing manager to set up a team to get this thing going. Just relying on Clarion and the disributors in Europe to get sales is not enough. They have no stake in the company. All the sales these distibutors receive is just gravy on top of what they already have.
Verisante needs someone with huge marketing skills that has accountability to the company. To that point I have to ask, what has Crescendo or Haszma Thindal done for us so far to date. And what is their true role and objective towards the company since their hiring? Also there are two Board members who have major marketing degrees, but I'm not sure how extensive a role they have played with the ongoing development and success of the company to date. This is all my opinion, but there is no way this stock should be trading at .50 cents.
Forget all the nonsense about PP's and expiring warrants. That should never hold back the price of a stock. Participants in PP's are financiars who make a profit on their efforts and contributions by receiving low priced stock and selling at much higher prices. IMHO.
