NO!Two different items, however the first item regarding agendas is a distinct possibility when you are a small company dealing with larger ones who may have different allegiances.
 
With regard to Clarion I am not impressed with the paltry results to date given the time they had to pre market this exceptional device. I was not impressed at how late they were in giving the Aura any space on their website and the placement of the product in the category they chose. In general I would say that given an exclusive distributorship and what looks like exceptional margins they should not have been provided the opportunity.

It would seem to me that the company is taking the easy way out with their distributors...give them everything they want and sit back. I would prefer at least two distributors in each market for an initial timeframe where sales performance and quality of service could be guaged prior to awarding an exclusive territory.
