"As a side note the PP or Financing is closed as of Oct-28 and after the 10 day hold period we should have a news release of its details. I believe we're cashed up with 1.1 million from the financing. We most likely have about 2.0 million cash on hand all together for now. News out maybe Friday or Monday?"

So now the news is out and as gibbonsj stated we so far have a positive re-action. SP is up. Now we should be able to move forward with the company agenda and things seem to be on track. Lets hope Q3 has some at least decent results and this will add to the cash on hand. IMHO.
