RE: ceo He is helping to create a bottom for the stock. He puts in his bids and if they get taken great if not at least there's a bottom. If you haven't figured it out they need money and its all about getting the financing they need at not a rock bottom price. 10 cent financing will be better than 5 cent don't you think?
No one else is stepping up to the plate and buying thats for sure..............at any price.
