RE:RE:Brazil is firing up on all cylindersno growth from Q4 2013 to Q1 2014 in terms of number of transacting terminals. It remained at 2700.  i guess they did not have cash at the time?

GETNET is giving their prepaid business away to Vendtek. With cash from the sale of canadian business, I do not see any reason they can not get the GETNET 4000 terminals transacting by the end of the year. It seems to be pretty low risk. Assume 2700+4000=6700 transacting, can they be in positive cashflow territory by the end of 2014? That's the question.
