Take the 3% NSR on the Atlas deposit. Once sold and that cash is reflected in the VUL share price, if they collect $15 mill on the royalty payment, that comes to about $.10 share. Add in their other collections, TPR, and SASY, it could be more.
So you could be looking at an investment that can be a 10-bagger from here, then continue to throw off a 50% dividend if you're buying at these prices today. I'm building up a significant position. These types of opportunities are few and far between.
