RMK trading at $1.30
Everyone has been talking about the number of shares VUL owns in RMK and what that could mean for shareholders. I suspect only good can come of this.... how much more trading can VUL take at these levels before the price moves higher. VUL just raised $4M, along with Eric Sprott. They own over 28 M shares of RMK which is trading today around $1.30, thus if they can sell any portion of their shares, it will add significant cash reserves to their already $4M raise.
