In Perpetuity : A 3% NSR

A hidden gem in the Atlas Salt / VUL structure is the 3% NSR. A look at the numbers: Talk has now moved upwards to Atlas producing 4 million tons per annum. At a conservative price of $60 per ton, the NSR would be computed on sales of $240 million per year. 3% brings an annual revenue stream of $7 million back to VUL at no cost. Just walk out to the mailbox and pick up the check. Obviously, the buyer won't go for that, thus that annual expense only adds more value to the eventual buyout price.

I would love this very much at present numbers lol . It would work out a little over .063 cents per share & if vulcan kept .023 for the kitty & returned .04 to the share holders than this stock is way under valued ! ( LOL ) Starting to day dream more than a SALT SHAKER , With that kind of money I would be buying a new truck every 3 years.

Copperking, exactly, VUL will have money coming in from a variety of sources. But of course the biggest is if SALT gets acquired at much highe prices. Both SALT and VUL just posted year-time highs this morning. I hear they have used more salt since the ice storm on Saturday, then Nova Scotia has ever used before. I can't imagine what they are seeing as the core comes to the surface.
