K&S a Stone Canyon Holding

Mark Demeetree's Stone Canyon Holdings bought the K&S operations (salt, fertilizer, potash,etc) for over 3 billion $$ last year. They have global operations, including potash and fertilizer in Saskatchewan. 
Atlas, would be a perfect fit, Roland knows him well.
