RE: Reasons for downdraft...There are still more shares they have of VVC to the tune off just over 1,000,000. Word is they purchased their shares a year ago at around 80cents/share. Now because of new laws they are only allowed to own 10%. I believe VVC will be looking to purchase what is left.

Its kinda tough making an investment and having something like this happen. It is nice having institutions buy in to a small company like this, however when they want out and are willing to sell at any price, it can be downright catastrophic to share value in a low volume stock. One could call it bad luck for the little guys.
