RE: $.50 options - bullish signWell i am sure that they are well aware that issuing these options at previous prices will be received normally by the majority of investors, like standard and expected. Also, i think they probably have said, you guys are gonna be well paid off here in the long run, etc. So, while the share price was dwindling and management did little to step in or step up to curb the capitulation, they also knew full well that their company and its assets were way undervalued and during which issued share options that have strike prices below true asset value of the company (since at the time the company was for the most part trading at below asset value). I guess what i am saying is, everyone looks out for number#1. I believe as investors in this or any company for that matter, we are something like #183,856 (back of the bus), they just like to make us think we are #1. Pretty sweet deal for charles and all others that were issued options at that ultra-low price when they knew the tectonic fund was dumping millions of shares. That said, now that they are issued, it should motivate them to pump their company and properly represent it to maximize value.
