RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This stockLol. My only agenda here, ( thanks for using terms i use to describe you, i feel flatered) is exposing you as a basher...

You have nothing to say here because all you got is some PR, a million dollars which you think will lead to a cure and your own greed to drive your agenda. Meanwhile, the stock is heading back to where it belongs.
Cryptobreak wrote: Liar liar pants on fire couldnt be more appropriate to use to describe you Oh lord of VXL investor.. Not answering any fact but just making new stories about totally different sector...
SmokedOut wrote: You know I've watched you people for over a year hyping the hell out of the cannabis sector telling people how great the stocks were and it was such a great opportunity while overlooking some serious and obvious flaws in their investment thesis. Now, we face a situation where nearly everyone that listened to idiotic pumpers have lost more than two-thirds of their investment and where more than a couple companies are looking down the barrel of a chapter 11. I see the exact same thing with people pushing this stock based on nothing but a WHO list and a meeting with Trump and of course the company is milking it for all its worth. Its pretty clear these guys are nowhere near developing any kind of vaccine but have merely put forward a patent while other companies are actually in phase 2 and 3 shortly which puts them miles ahead of these guys. There is simply a huge disconnect to reality on this forum and its pathetic because much is assumed but very little attention paid to facts beyond fancy PR's.
Fine, they raise a million bucks but how long do you think that'll last huh? This company maintains an office in one of the most expensive pieces of commercial real estate in Canada and what for? Much of that money will go to overhead just to keep the lights on and pay the insiders and a fraction will go towards 'research' That's it. That's all.
Cryptobreak wrote: Dont mistake bashing a basher with pumping ... Why you here? Still not answering
SmokedOut wrote: Yeah sure. And what about those pumpers calling for $.60 on Monday's open huh? You wannt talk about those FOS take a look in the mirror. This company has a mere fraction of the money and resources needed to develop anything that could go on the market and its so obvious you have no idea of the kind of financial resources needed to see a process like developing a vaccine through. You're a just mindless pumper who probably bought in over $.20 and is holding a bag as we speak. Too funny
Cryptobreak wrote: Well now we know that on top of being a compulsive basher you are also a compulsive liar( same thing)...march 16th news release:(thats not even half of total exercised. The rest was exercised prior. You know it all can't even do that kind of dd and pretend to know better. LOL.. How can you expect people to trust you pathetic liar....Vaxil gets $354,000 from warrant exercise; website down 2020-03-16 08:18 ET - News Release Mr. David Goren reports VAXIL PROVIDES UPDATE WEBSITE, LAB WORK AND THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS Vaxil Bio Ltd. has experienced technical issues with its website and is working to restore access to it in the coming days. The company would also like to assure its shareholders that it is continuing its laboratory and other work on its previously announced coronavirus vaccine, despite measures being taken by governments around the world that limit travel and the assembly of groups of people. The company is committed to updating the public with all material events as it works diligently to pursue its vaccine. The company also announces that, since its recent press release dated March 10, 2020, a further $354,000 has been received from the exercise of 3.54 million warrants, having an exercise price of 10 cents per warrant, that were previously issued in January, 2018. Upon exercise of the warrants, an additional 3.54 million common shares of the company will be issued. The aggregate warrant proceeds from the last few weeks amounts to $927,000 and will be applied to advancing its research program.quote=SmokedOut]The news about warrants was released a mere two hours ago and what is a million dollars in this business huh? You think this company is going to last long on that kind of money against others who have tens of millions to work with? Are you that dense to think a company can find a vaccine cure on the cheap like that? I'm not surprised they were able to raise cash in this environment but its a drop in the bucket and this company is far behind others who are moving onto phase 2 and 3 of testing in the next few weeks. Its so obvious many of you have done very little homework and just listening to company PR's.
